We accept Visa and Mastercard over the phone and can use PayPal on the net. We can also honor checks and money orders ( but checks will be held until they clear). Cash On Delivery (COD) is available at a $6.00 surcharge.

We respond well to email and it helps for getting shipping info accurately but will NOT take any credit card info online. Please call for that, as it is more secure. If you want to pay online, we can send you a PayPal request, making that transaction easier for you.

We ship UPS or FedEx ground (unless you specify differently) and will send an email with tracking number and link so you can track your order online.

We are trying to maintain a 7 day maximum time from taking your order to shipping it. If that does not look possible, we will tell you. If anything changes along the way, we will let you know also. We order parts from across the country for our rigs too and hate to wait and wonder!

Your credit card will not be charged until very near your shipping date. Any order cancellations made after processing your credit card will result in a 10% restocking fee.
