Dual Case Crossmembers
Laser cut dual transfer case crossmembers bolt on with all 8 of the
stock mounting bolts that attach it to the frame. Made of hot rolled,
pickled and oiled steel for a better finish. Is fully one piece,
with smooth laser
cuts and no stress risers in the corners. Fits around any IFS
brackets and mounts with no trimming. Has slotted holes to allow
for better frame
fit. Available with drivetrain lift built in, at no extra cost!
Uses two stock transfer case rubber mounts for better torque absorption
and dampening.
Pricing includes crossmember, skidplate, 9 black flat head metric
screws for mounting the rubber mounts ( 8 needed and one spare),
7 blue flat head
metric screws for mounting the skidplate ( 6 needed and one spare),
and a long metric Allen wrench.
Several versions are available:
BB83D - Fits 79-83 trucks. Bolts on in the stock locations when used
with stock transmission with dual cases. $259
BB84D - Fits 84-95(non Tacoma or T100) trucks with 22R or 22RE engine
and 5 speed transmission with dual cases. Bolts to stock frame locations.

BBV6D - Fits 88-95(non Tacoma or T100) trucks with 3.0 V6 engine and
5 speed transmission. Must have been converted to dual 4 Cyl. cases. Bolts
to stock frame locations. $259

BBSTDU - Fits 79-95 trucks. Uses U-bolts over the frame to mount
when converting to a newer W56 tranny on early trucks. Also can be used on
84-95 trucks with motor swaps. Allows the crossmember to be mounted along
the straight part of the frame rails. Ask for details on specific applications.
This is made from a BBUS with an extra piece welded to it to support the dual
cases. May take a bit longer to ship. $289
