We are happy to introduce a line of lasercut and CNC brake formed 3/16" thick replacement panels for your FJ-40. These are very beefy units that replace all the sheet metal with this heavy steel and allow much better success in the war on trees and rocks!

Quarter panels: The first available parts are the rear quarter panels, all formed and ready to weld in place.

Floor panels: Heavy duty floor panels will be available soon.

Tie Rods and Drag Links: These will replace you wimpy stock tie rods and drag links with .250 wall, 1.250" OD Drawn Over Mandrel tubing. You must upgrade to the beefier M23x1.25 thread FJ-80 rod ends on all versions, except the FJ-80 drag link, that retains it's stock M21x1.25 threads, Left and Right hand. The tapers used are all the same on all Toyota trucks and these ends make a huge increase in the strength and size of the ends. Lengths are available for FJ-40 ( specify steering system used ), FJ-55, FJ-60, and FJ-80s. $70 each

For those that can break anything or who like suspenders and a belt, a .120 wall sleeve can be added for an additional $15. This will effectively give you 3/8 wall of steel, and 1.50" OD tie rods.
